Photo by @mattiasklumofficial Super mom and top predator! I encountered this female Polar bear and her two cubs last week in Svalbard. This female is known to be a good caring mother and a particularly skilled hunter. During our expedition she actually caught a ringed seal nearly every other day. As the world’s largest land predator (in fact more than twice the size of a Siberian tiger) Polar bears are so powerful to watch.
