Photo by @GerdLudwig in honor of Earth Day. An ensemble of dying palm trees suggests that the Salton Sea has seen better days. In the 1960’s, the Salton City Yacht Club was the place to be, before it was shut down and boarded up at the end of the tourist boom in the early 70’s.
