Poto keindahan dunia dari mata lensa kamera - June 16, 2015 at 05:11AM

Saturday was the first international Albinism Awareness day, declared by the United Nations. The need for such a day has arisen from bully, prejudice and violence based on the inherited trait. The congenital disorder is caused by the complete or partial absence of pigment in the skin, hair and eyes due to tyrosinase, a copper-containing enzyme involved in the production of melanin. Albinism in humans from the Latin albus, meaning “white”. The above photo was taken in 2004, on what I would call the most important assignment I have ever received from @NatGeo. ‘Was Darwin Wrong?” One day in the building where I live, #475Kent, the elevator door opened and I meet M, a performance artist and resident of the building. I told her what I was doing and with a few hours we had made the picture. Please take a look at the work of @stephsinclairpix feed, she is a wonderful photographer and also look at the @NatGeo site http://bit.ly/1cSuxKI for more information about Albinism. @RobertClarkphoto @thephotosociety, @instituteArtist
