Later in the week on his 28th birthday, Alex sauntered through camp late in the afternoon to grab a bite to eat after linking up several difficult multi pitch alpine rock routes, solo. It was already probably one of the most notable days of free soloing ever done in the Bugaboos. We were kind of surprised (but not really) when he left camp around 4pm to warm down by soloing this 19 pitch route to cap off his day. #nobigdeal @thephotosociety
