Diving with harbor seals is like playing with golden retriever pups that never want to stop. Harbor seals and humans often share space but problems arise when a mother harbor seal may abandon her pup if approached and feels threatened. There are + 40,000 harbor seals on US west coat and + 500,000 worldwide.
