Great horned owls are monogamous and the most widely ranged owl in the Americas. I was lucky enough to get a tip of the location of this nest yesterday while in Rocky Mountain national by a kind photographer (thank you Isabel Rodriguez). These are incredibly beautiful birds and always an amazing sight to see. @natgeocreative
