The city has a beautiful, downtown business district and is characterized by an array of wonderful recreational parks. Many of Harare's avenues are lined with gorgeous Jacaranda trees that bloom with vibrant purple flowers. One thing I love about Zimbabwe is the presence of true seasons. I grew up in the New England region of the United States and therefore have a nostalgic affinity for cool Fall weather. One finds that in Zimbabwe. In months like July, the leaves turn colors and the sun shines brightly but the temperature is brisk. I look for every opportunity to return. #Africa #city #urbanlife #seasons
