Photo: @ivankphoto "Chivos", or goats, dance the streets in a procession in honor of Santa Cruz during the fiestas of #Acatlán, #Mexico. In early #May the people of this small community leave offering for Santa Cruz. They also maintain the ancient #tradition of fighting in jaguar masks. This is a pre-Columbian tradition in which the blood and sweat that fall to the ground are an offering to earth. @runa_photos, @thephotosociety, @panospictures, @natgeo, #latergram.
