Two lionesses with six small cubs chose to cross a deep channel in the Selinda Reserve in order to hunt. The channel had a number of crocodiles and hippos in it but they crossed anyway. Two of the six cubs spooked half way across and turned back with their mothers only realizing when they'd reached the opposite bank with the other 4 cubs. The family is now separated by the channel and the two young cubs are highly vulnerable on their own. #lions #bigcats #womenofvision #wov #selindasaga
